A 50% deposit is required to book, with the balance collected 15 days before check-in.
We have a strict no-smoking policy inside the cabin and on our 32 acres of pine forest. This includes vaping and controlled substances. We do not allow pets, firearms, fireworks, sparklers, or any explosives. No parties, including bachelor/bachelorette. No outside guests. No third-party bookings.
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in, 50% for cancellations made 15-30 days before check-in. No refunds inside of 15 days unless we can rebook the space.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking.
